Shipping Policy – HEALIA

At HEALIA, we want your magnesium wellness products to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 days (Excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details (if available).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery – £2.99 (2–4 business days)

  • Express Delivery – £4.99 (1–2 business days)

Europe:

  • Standard Delivery – £9.99 (5–10 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, due to customs checks, or courier issues.


3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £20.


4. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (European Orders)

European orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees depending on the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at SALES@HEALIA.CO.UK with your order number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
