How can I contact Healia?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and many international destinations.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our UK fulfilment centre

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can still be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our UK warehouse. We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  Please note, we don’t ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days 
UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days 
European Shipping: 5–10 business days 

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP (£), which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order if you are outside the UK. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by card, refunds will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
